Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation to job locations
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work independently and complete quality work

Knowledge of proper cleaning products and procedures
Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
Own cleaning supplies and equipment preferred
Ability to provide professional references

Experience with rental turnovers, deep cleaning, and post-construction cleaning is a plus.
